Solid Technora sheath Personal Escape Rope for those who prefer solid aramid sheath PERs. Technora has two distinct advantages over traditional aramid fibers: it has a higher decomposition temperature (934 degrees F) and it has better flex fatigue resistance so there is less loss of strength over time. High strength, Low elongation. This rope has a nylon core to provide the necessary rope cross section to prevent flattening under loads thus making for a more controlled descent. UL Classified to meet 1983/2017 edition for Escape Ropes.
